GMP 1 Early Works / South Approach Package B
Clark Construction and Stacy and Witbeck (CSW) are committed to assembling a diverse team of trade partners to deliver a significant enhancement for the Northeast Corridor, Amtrak Frederick Douglass Tunnel – South Approach. CSW will advertise and hold pre-bid/trade partner outreach events for each Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) package to engage and inform prospective SB/DBE bidders of the opportunities available within each GMP.
This GMP 1 package includes construction work located in the southern approach to two new high-capacity tunnels, including the corridor from the West Baltimore MARC Station to the tunnel portals.
GMP 1 Scope Includes:
- Design Packages E & S – IVF & NVF Utilities and Roadways
- Design Packages F1 & F2 – Utilities & Roadway North & South of Lafayette
- Design Package F3 – TBM Power Duct bank to South Portal Area
- Design Package G – (Partial scope) Utilities and Roadway for Mulberry Ave only
- Design Package O1 – (Partial scope) Bridge Steel for Mulberry Ave. Only
- Design Package O2 – (Partial scope) Temporary Pedestrian & Utility Bridge at Edmondson Ave
- Geotechnical field investigations
- Site clearing, access development and ESC
